About Us

Drew and Megumi have been on mission for Jesus in Japan for over 10 years. We first met in 2007 at a bible camp in Japan and we’ve been serving together ever since. We were married in 2010 and have two boys, Takumi and Nobuki. We served in various capacities and positions around Japan but eventually made our way back to America after the events of the 2011 Tsunami disaster. During our time in America, we served with Karis Church who, through a series of vision trips, sent us back to Japan to continue the mission to make disciples among the unreached people of Japan.

Why Japan

Today, 130 million people call Japan home and less than 1% percent of those people worship and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Protestant Christianity was introduced to Japan 150 years ago. Since then, church growth in Japan has been slow and difficult. "The harvest is plenty, but the workers are few." - Matthew 9:37 Our prayer is that Japan would be redeemed and restored by the gospel through everyday disciple-making. Watch this short video to learn more about the needs of Japan.
